Your plants are carefully packaged by us for safe transportation. Each plant is clearly labeled with its variety name.
Instructions for rooting cuttings and for plant care are always included.
You receive not just a plant – you receive a guarantee that it will grow and bloom.

Each order is packaged with great care,
but minor issues such as broken leaves or spilled soil may occur during transit – this is not considered damage.
In case of serious delivery problems (freezing, overheating, improper handling by the postal service):
Take clear photos of the damaged plants with the labels attached.
